These Terms of Service govern your use of prismandspire.com (the “Site”) and any content, products, or services offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe the services we offer to founder-led firms and to let you reach us. You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to scrape or reverse-engineer any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the prism+spire wordmark, and the frameworks described in our materials — is owned by prism+spire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; broader reproduction requires written consent.
Any advisory, architecture, course, or assessment engagement we deliver is governed by a separate written agreement. Information on the Site about pricing, scope, and outcomes is descriptive, not a binding offer. Your engagement begins when both sides sign the applicable statement of work.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes from reading or applying anything on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent allowed by law, prism+spire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. For any direct damages, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us (if any) for the service that gave rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
